We Are Community.
We have proudly served Philadelphia families since 1991 with the help of our dedicated staff, interfaith communities, donors, volunteers, local business owners and grantmakers.
What began as a handful of small interfaith communities around the country has now become an organization comprised of more than 200 Affiliates across 43 states. Today, Family Promise is the nation’s leading non-profit combatting family homelessness.
Formerly known as the Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network, we have officially become Family Promise of Philadelphia. Though the name is new, our interfaith community response to family homelessness remains the same.

We provide career counseling, wellness resources, and financial guidance through case management.
Keys to A Better Tomorrow Workshop
Our financial literacy and housing stability course helps families grow their financial confidence and learn concrete strategies for securing and maintaining stable housing.
